These Terms of Use apply to the website intelacy.be (the “Website”), which is managed by the General Pharmaceutical Association – Association Pharmaceutique Belge (hereinafter referred to as “APB”).
APB is a non-profit association, recognised as a federation of professional associations of Belgian community pharmacists. APB is the responsible publisher of the Website.
This Website was created and is hosted by KWIN Agency.
The registered office is located at Archimedesstraat 11, 1000 Brussels, Belgium.
The Dutch or French name, or the abbreviated name, may be used interchangeably.
“Intelacy” is a brand name used by APB to provide services via intelacy.be.

Article 2 - accuracy of information - liability
